
Return Policy
At Scandinavian Blankets, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we're here to assist you!
Return Conditions
You can return your Scandinavian Blankets product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns if the product is not in its original state. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to:
- Missing original packaging or components
- Damages caused by the customer
- Improper packaging during the return process
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return items to our address in Amsterdam. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@scandinavianblankets.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return.
If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, you may either request a refund (with shipping costs deducted) or request re-shipment of the order.
Damaged Products
Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the product(s) within 14 days and notify us immediately if anything is missing or damaged during transit. We kindly ask that you document the damage to the product and its packaging—preferably in the presence of the carrier. This helps us process your case fairly.
Depending on the situation, we will either:
- Refund part of the value of your order, or
- Provide a replacement for the damaged item(s).
Please note that the original packaging must be retained to process any claims.
Undamaged Products
- Within 14 days: You may return your order without providing a reason and receive a full refund.
- Within 100 days: If you decide not to keep your product, you may return it in its original, undamaged, and unused condition.
Refunds for undamaged returns will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for such returns.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order before it has been shipped and receive a full refund. Just let us know at info@scandinavianblankets.com.
Reimbursements
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we accept your return or cancellation. Payments made via credit card or electronic transfer will be refunded to the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
